Submitting an inquiry, booking a Context Audit, or otherwise contacting us through this Site does not, by itself, create a binding contract for services. Any engagement for services will be governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work agreed between you and The Context Studio, which will set out the specific scope, fees, timeline, and terms applicable to that engagement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed services agreement, the signed agreement governs with respect to that engagement.
6. No Obligation from a Context Audit
A Context Audit or initial consultation offered through this Site is provided as an exploratory conversation and does not constitute a commitment by either party to proceed with further work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Fees and Payment
Where we agree to provide paid services, fees, payment terms, and any deposit or milestone requirements will be set out in the applicable proposal or services agreement, not in these Terms.
8. Third-Party Links and Tools
This Site may contain links to third-party websites or make use of third-party tools (such as our website hosting platform, analytics providers, and advertising platforms) that are not owned or controlled by The Context Studio.
